Fatemeh 'BlueBirdy' Haghnejad is an illustrator and character designer. She creates illustrations for picture books, magazines, and games and also designs characters for animations. Fatemeh loves experimenting with traditional materials and you can see her painting digitally from time to time. She uses an array of media including acrylic, gouache, ink, and colored pencil.

Her husband Even and Fatemeh are living and sharing a studio with their two beloved cats, Pixie and Vicky in Oslo, Norway.
